As a HR Coordinator, you will be a key line of support for the HR team, assisting with all elements of employee data capture, logging and reporting such data as well as assisting the implementation of a new HR Information System. Recruitment, employee relations cases, absence management and being involved in a wide range of HR projects will also be on the agenda.
- Be responsible for the HR coordination of the employee lifecycle and associated administrative duties for our new starters, right through to the end of an employee’s journey with Veezu.
- Drafting documentation and effectively maintaining our HR system data capturing starters, leavers and changes to terms and conditions, personal data; absence management; employee relations cases and training / performance records.
- Support the HR team with regular policy and process reviews and updates to ensure these remain in line with the most relevant legislation and best practice methods.
- Support with the role out of employee engagement initiatives across the Veezu Group.
- Support with recruitment needs and ensure that the recruitment process is followed in full for all posts administered through the HR team.
- Be responsible for all aspects of onboarding including pre-employment screening checks, provision of new starter documentation and creation of an induction plan to ensure that all employees have an amazing journey with us that begins on their very first day.
- Support with employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances where necessary.
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the HR team during the various projects being undertaken, which include but are not limited to, the acquisition process.
- Maintain a close relationship with our Payroll team to ensure effective communication and that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

**What will you need as a HR Coordinator at Veezu?**
- Qualified CIPD L3; ideally L5, or a similar appropriate qualification
- Experience of a similar position of at least 2 years
- Competent use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Available to travel to other Veezu offices within the UK; this will include overnight travel on occasion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administration skills inclusive of data accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of organisation skills
- Ability to ensure strict employee confidentiality
- Natural confidence to work with a full range of stakeholders at all levels throughout the organisation
- Strong ability to work accurately using own initiative
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
