**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting operational activity across a number of complex HR processes in a multi skilled team
- Strive to deliver excellent customer service individually and as part of a team
- Act as the primary point of contact for the internal and external customers/stakeholders in multiple areas of specialism
- Ensure all data is processed and managed in line with GDPR legislation and company policies and procedures
- Be able to collate and format data from a number of sources in order to produce ad hoc reports and monthly reporting as required

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Strong administration background with awareness of dealing with sensitive and confidential data
- Experience of managing multiple priorities whilst ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining service delivery
- Ability to work to challenging deadlines and demonstrate problem solving skills with an ability to deal with ambiguity and complex issues
- HR/Administration background desirable however not essential
