We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator or data analyst to work within a Third Sector Fundraising Team. This post is part time 4 days per week. Reasonable hours outside of this may be required to fulfil the duties of this position. A flexible working system is in operation including TOIL. This post is based in the Belfast City Centre office.

Main role and responsibilities.
- Data entry of Fundraising events, donor details and donations received onto the charity’s CRM system (Raisers Edge).
- Production of weekly and monthly reports from CRM database and Just Giving platform.
- Keep abreast of any CRM software updates.
- With support from the fundraising team prepare and produce fundraising materials.
- Record and maintain fundraising supplies.
- Assist the team with organising fundraising events and activities throughout the year and attend when required.
- Working with and supporting volunteers as and when required (at events).
- Support the Community Fundraising Manager with fundraising collections at supermarkets/stores and handle money in line with Simon Community procedures.
- Liaise with volunteers to create rotas for collection days.
- Assist with Excel spreadsheets for organisations, clubs, and societies.
- Answer donor queries or escalating where required.
- Effectively communicate relevant, accurate and timely information to members of staff.
- Adhere to Simon Community policies on Confidentiality, Data Protection, and access to records.
- Project a positive image of Simon Community at all times

Criteria

**EITHER**Minimum of 18 moths experience in an Administration role within the past 5 years and GCSE English (or equivalent)**OR**5 years’ experience in an Administration role that demonstrates a requirement for accurate written communication in English and a high level of numeracy

2. Minimum of one years’ experience of accurate data entry ideally in a CRM database

3. IT literate with the ability to use a range of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)

4. Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail

5. Ability to demonstrate a high standard of organisational skills

6. Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.

7. Valid driving licence and access to a car or other form of transport to undertake duties associated with the role

**DESIRABLE CRITERIA**

1. Experience of Raisers Edge CRM database

2. Fundraising or experience of working in the charity sector

3. Ability to use basic graphic packages such as Microsoft Publisher to produce posters/information packs.
