Alternative Funds Lawyer

I have recently been exclusively instructed by one of the largest asset managers with a strong presence across the US and EMEA is looking to hire a funds lawyer into their alternatives division.

The role will be reporting directly into the Global Head of Legal in London and you will be assisting the private equity and infrastructure businesses with the additional role of supporting their real estate funds across both EMEA and the US. The day today of the role will be to provide legal support to the private equity business in respect to the structuring and launching of new funds, maintenance of existing products including any variations such as extension of fund life and underlying fund or co-investmentopportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong alternative funds lawyer to join a world leading asset manager with a flexible working culture. Ideally you will have 1-2 years post qualification experience with a top city firm or asset manager.
