I am working with a global financial institution that is looking to expand their asset management offering in particularly within the alternative funds space.This is a unique opportunity for a bright and capable private practice lawyer who has the apatite to work within the funds space to get involved in a range of products and asset classes.??? ??? ??????? ?? ???? ?he ???? ???? ??-????? ?????? ????????? ??? ??????? ??? ????? ??? ???????? ???? ?????? ??????????? ? ???? ????/???? ????????If so, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities included but not limited to:Advise and assist in the implementation of legislation, regulations and best practice relating to alternative funds and their marketing and distribution.Manage legal risk in relation to the Global Alternatives business in accordance with group policy requirements.Support and to fully participate in and support the strategic objectives of the wider Legal Function.
