A leading law firm with a strong international presence is seeking a Partner Relations Coordinator to join their supportive team in a new role.

**About the Role**

This is an exciting new role that will include exposure to the full spectrum of activities supporting partner development, including project work. Duties include:

- Planning, logistics and coordination of partner planning and development
- Assisting with administration and delivery of onboarding
- Maintaining resourcing pipeline and assisting with joiners and leavers
- Supporting Director with presentations and project management
- Providing full support for L&D programmes for partners, including coaching sessions
- Project work including assisting with diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Liaisingwith broader HR team and act as first point of contact for questions on benefits and administrative matters
- Review and improve processes

**Job Requirements**

You will be educated to degree level and have previous experience of working in an administration role ideally within a professional services environment and a proactive attitude. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
