**Investor Relations / Marketing Coordinator**

Look no further A leading venture capital firm seeking an Investor Relations / Marketing Coordinator to join their talented team. **Responsibilities**:
As an Investor Relations / Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of the firm's investor engagement and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** CRM Expertise**: Utilise your excellent CRM skills to maintain and enhance our investor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Leverage CRM tools to streamline investor communication, track interactions, and strengthen relationships.
- ** Marketing Campaign Management**: Take the lead in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns align with our brand and generate maximum impact.
- ** Mailing and Investor Literature**: Oversee the production of high-quality investor literature, including quarterly reports, presentations, and marketing collateral. Manage mailing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to investors.
- ** Management Information (MI)**: Compile and analyse data to generate insightful MI reports for internal stakeholders. Identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations for optimising investor relations and marketing initiatives.
- ** Event Coordination**: Organise and coordinate investor events, such as conferences, webinars, and networking sessions. Ensure smooth execution, from planning and logistics to event promotion and post-event follow-up.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- ** Experience and Knowledge**: Previous experience in investor relations, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable. A solid understanding of venture capital and finance will be an advantage.
- ** CRM Skills**: Proven expertise in working with CRM systems, leveraging their full potential to manage investor relationships and communication effectively.
- ** Communication and Collaboration**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to interact confidently with investors, colleagues, and external partners. A collaborative mindset will enable you to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- ** Organisational Skills**: Exceptional organisational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- ** Analytical Thinking**: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate MI reports, and derive actionable insights to drive investor relations and marketing strategies.
