As the Head of Change, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing transformational strategies to drive organisational change. You will work closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful change initiatives that support our business objectives.

You will manage a team of two subordinate Change Managers and work closely with project managers, software developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all changes are properly planned, communicated, and executed. In addition, you will provide business analysis expertise to support software development projects and help identify opportunities for process improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy, aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Lead change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring effective planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify areas for improvement and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.
- Create and deliver compelling communication plans to ensure understanding and engagement at all levels of the organization.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives, proactively addressing potential obstacles.
- Foster a positive and inclusive change environment, promoting employee engagement and minimizing resistance to change.
- Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of change initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in change management, leading complex initiatives in a telecom’s environment.
- Clean UK driving licence, prepared to travel to MGS Headquarters in Stevenage and other operational sites within the Division.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Robotic Process Automation, Salesforce, systems integration, and business process outsourcing.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of delivering complex messages to diverse audiences.
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A track record of driving successful organisational change, improving processes, and delivering tangible business outcomes.
