We are looking for a Junior Operational Readiness Consultant to join the Operational Readiness team. If you have exceptional interpersonal skills and the drive to offer rounded guidance & expertise to both our clients and OSS teams, **_we want to hear from you_**_The role is designed to support the process of producing a gold standard approach to payroll outsourcing in the UK business so that the procedures and policies are designed to work with the company’s Cintra Cloud product as it is now and as it develops.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the setup / access of any OSS service delivery tools for both new and transferring accounts / services.
- Facilitate and deliver OSS Team training around best practice and client specific processes.
- Assist as and when required with the management of the parallel run, process, and output. Assume escalation point responsibility during the parallel run and first month for any significant issues encountered.
- Complete the knowledge evolution through production of process and procedural documentation.
- Support OSS in the payroll Go Live based on agreed parameters being up-to-date and complete.
- Facilitate the handover of service, people, and process.
- Provide timely reporting to management including a few of the following on assigned project status, risks and budget.
- Seek & actively deliver opportunities of continuous improvement within existing accounts and services.

**Supplementary**:

- To perform all duties in accordance with the Company, Health & Safety, Data Protection and Quality policy procedures and Diversity
- There may be additional activities to perform from time to time to maximise your contribution to Cintra’s goals and objectives.
- Role may involve travel and time away from home
- Hours that are necessary to discharge this role effectively are expected, Overtime or TOIL requests are only approved in exceptional circumstances and in such cases the Head of Service Delivery preapproval is required.

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Energetic and positive with an innovative approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication skills, with previous client liaison experience.
- Ability to manage process / service workshops with multiple clients contacts.
- Excellent technical knowledge of operational payroll process, best practice, and systems.
- Parallel run and service delivery experience.
- Experience handling knowledge and service transitions.
- Highly organised with the ability to oversee multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suites including Excel.
- Experience of end-to-end Payroll.

**Desirable**:

- CIPP Diploma an advantage or qualified by relevant experience
- Cintra IQ knowledge
- Outsource Service experience
