**About the Role**:
This role supports the Reward team and wider HR department on Compensation initiatives and general HR analytics.

**About the Department & Team**:
The LSM Reward team is responsible for creating, managing and implementing compensation policies and programmes, and ensuring that LSM’s legal entities remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. The team focuses day-to-day predominantly on LSM’s employees in the UK, continental Europe and the UAE, with additional focus on the USA, Latin America and Asia Pacific for certain activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Owning the compensation benchmarking process and related tools
- Recommending compensation packages for recruitment activity, adhering to the framework and operational principles in place
- Maintaining the job library and all associated data stored in the HR systems, ensuring robust data quality
- Managing the shared team mailbox, responding to a broad range of queries covering all elements of compensation
- Provide analytical and reporting support for annual projects such as the annual pay review, performance management process and diversity analysis, as well as ad-hoc Compensation and HR projects, tools and initiatives
- Developing strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, Operations, Payroll & Reward Team to work effectively and collaboratively together as a HR function, on all compensation related matters
- Adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements forms part of your role, and the demonstration of behaviours as set out in the Conduct Risk Policy, as they relate to your role, is core to LSM's commitment to our Liberty Values, placing customers at the centre of our business and behaving with integrity. These requirements include the Senior Managers and Certification Regime Conduct Rules ,Solvency II, fair treatment of customers, Financial Crime, Data Protection, Conflicts of Interest, and Whistleblowing.

**Skills and Experience**:

- An individual who is analytical, numerate and results focused
- Prior experience working within a HR department, preferably on Reward activities and an understanding of reward and compensation principles.
- Strong problem solving skills that can be applied to large and complex data sets from a variety of sources
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- System and reporting experience
- Strong time management and organisation skills are essential
- Ability to work flexibly and able to navigate a fast paced and client focused working environment
