London, United Kingdom Bruin Full time
Job Description

An exciting contract opportunity has arisen with one of our most notable wealth management clients as they search for a Compensation Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. Joining a dynamic team of compensation experts, you will be integral to the BAU duties of the team but also a huge contributor to a large number of ongoing projects they are working on as they continue with heavy M&A activity.

Being a data-savvy candidate is key for this role, the client is looking for someone with an analytical mindset who can assist the team with the following;

  • Expertly compiling data for the annual salary survey.
  • Utilising any compensation data analysis and helping to interpret this in a digestible way for the senior leaders in the business.
  • Assisting in the creation of the annual pay review data model.
  • Contribute to the annual gender pay gap report with accurate data.

If you are confident in your ability to take hold of compensation data and have a knack for working with HRIS's, coupled with the experience of working in a large complex organisation where no two days are comparable (with often new projects being thrown in all the time) then this contract could be a welcome challenge.
