You’ll be joining a collaborative team of 8 payroll support and customer service specialists, with a supportive and relaxed team culture.
As a Payroll and HR Administrator, you’ll play an essential role in helping our customers use both our payroll add-on as well as our general HR software. Don’t worry about learning a new piece of software. If you have any payroll software experience already, you’ll find the rest of our software a cinch
We’d love to hire someone who already has some payroll experience and bonus points if this experience came from an accountancy firm.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Providing “WOW” customer service with a keen focus on a friendly and personable communication.
- Providing payroll support to the citrus HR small business customers.
- Guiding customer through their payroll setup while providing and highlighting the value of citrus HR.
- Identifying the source of software issues raised by customers. If any issues are evident, to then provide clear, detailed feedback on this to the development team.
- Ensuring consistency of approach across the whole Customer Service team and continually seeking ways of streamlining and improving processes to ensure the most efficient service is provided.
**About You**
- At least one year’s experience in Payroll, ideally from an accounting firm.
- You are comfortable working with numbers and explaining them to customers in an easy and simple manner.
- You are a technically competent person who picks up new software and apps easily.
- You will have a natural ability to build rapport over the phone and have an easy manner when talking to customers.
- You will be a natural problem solver, always looking for the answer yourself before asking how to do solve and issue.
- You are a team player who always looks to improve the working lives of your colleagues, but you are not afraid to ask for help.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
