We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team, you will be responsible for the administration process of recruiting staff - from advertising vacancies, processing pre employment checks to issuing offers of employment and contracts for staff joining the trust.

To be a successful Recruitment Assistant and we are looking for someone who can deliver an excellent service to internal and external customers, who has a methodical approach with excellent time management skills. You will need use your own initiative but also recognise when to ask for help and be able to work calmly under pressure, managing conflicting priorities. Strong attention to detail is also key in this role and experience working in an administrative role or similar environment is essential (experience in HR/recruitment would be an advantage).

To be a successful Recruitment Administrator and enjoy your role you'll need:

- Motivation to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers
- Experience working in an administrative role or similar environment, such as customer service
- An organised and methodical approach to your workload, with excellent time management skills
- To use your own initiative but also recognise when to ask for help
- To work calmly under pressure, managing conflicting priorities
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information you are entering onto important documents (such as employment contracts) and databases
- Experience in HR/recruitment would be an advantage.
