Element Recruitment are currently working with an established global professional services organisation, who are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team.
They are looking for an organised individual, who would look to become an integral part of the team and grow with the company.
This is a permanent position, based in Central Bristol, offering hybrid home and office working.
**Salary**: £22,000
As an Assistant Administrator you will be providing essential support to managers by:
- Verifying data
- Providing diary management
- Monitoring outstanding costs and preparing invoices
- Completing official forms
- Assisting with the preparation and issuance of standard letters/reports
- Carrying out and maintaining an accurate log of all delegated tasks
You will have:
- Clear communication skills with a good command of the English language (including spelling and grammar), and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Careful attitude with a keen eye for detail
- Flexible towards changes and ability to adapt to ensure the smooth and efficient service to the team
- Minimum of 8 GCSEs (or equivalent) of grade C or above including Maths and English.
- A-Levels preferred
- Office experience desirable
- Experience of MS Word and Excel
