FT Gearing have been established since 1961 and are a family run business based in Stevenage, working within a 30 mile radius. We are currently looking to recruit. **UK Driving Licence essential**

Your main duties will include:

- Travelling to numerous sites and carrying various landscape operations and other duties as required
- General ground maintenance duties using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery.
- Driving company vehicles, ensuring they are kept in full intact and any maintenance issues are reported in a prompt manner.
- Making sure tools and equipment are looked after and well maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- **UK Driving Licence essential**:

- Great communication skills and customer service
- Ideally 2 years landscape maintenance experience or garden construction
- Preferably experience working for a landscaping or gardening company, although not essential
- PA1 & PA6 spraying licence would be good, but not essential
- Training will be given where appropriate

Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30 with 30 minutes for lunch.

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- **Driving Licence (required)**

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From £21,500.00 per year
