**About The Role**:
This role is about truly understanding our people, our culture and our community and having the ability to unlock its potential. You will be responsible for the onboarding of talent into the organisation through innovative practices and long-term strategic vision that supports the future pipeline at Magenta Living.

Our focus is to create a people centric culture within the people team and wider across the organisation, this really does start with us and how we interact with our colleagues, this role will be responsible for designing a new colleague lifecycle and people experience one that is modern relevant and fit for the future. There will be a focus on building around that the right process, policy and services to ensure delivery. Our people strategy ensures we truly empower our people, this role will be accountable to deliver against the people strategy to ultimately ensure that strategically we are delivering against the strategic vision of the organisation.

You will need to be a strong leader, one that can support the continued development of a people centric people team to ultimately transform the way in which we interact with the business. You will need to be able to influence, network and create strong buy in as you develop local strategies to deploy the people strategy focus areas. This role requires a individual that is not afraid to do something different, not following the norm and pushing the boundaries so we can truly create something different and inspiring that not only impacts our colleagues but impacts the community in which we operate in a longer term and sustainable way.
