**Quality Improvement Partner (Northwest)**

37.5 hours per week

**Salary Band**:£40,000 - 45,000 per annum

**Location**:Travel across all services in the Northwest region

**The main duties of this role are**:

- **Quality Assurance**: Oversee our quality assurance process to ensure that this is embedded across our services and that this is ongoing continually and to mitigate risk across the region. You will report on QA across the region, ensuring that learning is shared from incidents, practice development initiatives and latest You will produce management reports on findings from quality assurance reviews and develop and share action plans with Managers and the Director of Quality and training.
- **PBS - **Embed systems to develop, implement, and evaluate Positive Behaviour Support plans, using the practices and principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis to increase functionally equivalent behaviours and proactively reduce challenging incidents with the support of PBS champions across services.
- **Expert By Experience - **You will work alongside people who are experts by experience, to assess the quality and safety of the support we provide to people in their homes and other locations, in line with CQC and other statutory regulations, company standards, policies and recognised best practice and trade craft.
- **Review meetings -**Lead regular review meetings within and across our services to review, analyse and support interventions for the PWS, and where necessary ensure appropriate escalation.
- **Outcomes**:
Develop and deliver our Outcome Star model across services, working closely with operations, to support employees and care teams to meet and exceed outcomes for individuals.
- **Person Centred Care and Support**:
Create and implement a plan that ensures those we support are involved in their own care, in recruiting their own staff and have a say in all areas of our business which is measured and reported on that directly affect their care.
- **New and Growing Services - **to translate the organisations strategic vision and plans and ensure that services sit within QA and governance framework that promote best practice and safe, effective person-centred care. Work across teams to assist in the development of new hosted services and ensure directly delivered services are in line with relevant national regulatory and governance frameworks.

**You will bring to the role**
- GCSE (or equivalent) B/6 in English & Maths
- Industry specific qualification

**Work Experience/Skills**
- Excellent CQC and compliance knowledge
- Experience of working with people with a learning disability
- Experience of working with people with autism
- Experience of working within supported living services
- Experience at a senior level within the health or social care industry from either the public, private or independent sectors.
- Project management
- Previous experience of quality management and service improvement activities within health and social care.
- A thorough understanding of the legislative and regulatory framework for CQC and up to date knowledge of compliance and issues facing the care sector
