**Job description**

Due to expansion and growth within our Lettings Division, we are looking for an accounts co-ordinator to join our busy lettings division.

We are looking for a Lettings Accounts Co-ordinator to liaise with clients and help manage a large and ever-increasing portfolio of rental properties.

**The ideal Lettings Accounts Coordinator will have**:
Excellent administration skills

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent telephone skills

Energetic and driven.

Must be able to be both proactive and reactive.

Must be able to work individually & as part of a team.

Knowledge of accounts is desirable but not essential.

Experience with Agent Os CRM is desirable with a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Duties will also include paying invoices and collating and sending out statements.

Rental arrears chasing will also form part of this role.

Desirables to have but not essential.

**Rent Smart Wales License**

**ARLA or Guild qualified**.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year with a generous commission structure

**Experience**:
Experience in lettings and / or property management (Desirable) however training will be provided and undertaken.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Account management: 1 year (preferred)
- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
