Hotel Receptionist

**Job Title **Hotel Receptionist

City Centre Hotel requires a receptionist to join an established team.

**Job Purpose** To ensure all guests have a great arrival and pleasant departure. To assist guests throughout their stay with any special requirements.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Manage the check in and out of hotel guests
- Take, review and process hotel reservations
- Deal with enquiries from guests and over the phone accordingly
- Resolve guest issues, escalating where necessary
- Upsell the hotels food and beverage offerings
- Take responsibility for the shift banking and processes

**Key Requirements**
- Friendly nature with a desire to make the guest experience good
- Previous hotel experience
- Experience of hotel PMS system preferred, at the very least an ability to demonstrate computer skills to a reasonably high level

This role is a shift based role working 40 Hours 5 days out of 7 and will require some weekend working. The shifts are a mix of Early 07.00-15.30 and Late 15.00-22.30 and occasional mid shift when the hotel is busy.

**Salary**: £10.18-£10.42 per hour
