DK Recruitment are looking for a HR & Business Administrator to join their client’s team in Plymouth on a full time permanent basis. You will be joining the team to ensure the smooth running a wide range of business support functions and will be workingalongside the Operations manager and wider support teams.

Our client is really looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment and can organise and manage their work load. Ideally you will have similar experience in a similar role and can work well in a team of likeminded individuals.

**Main responsibilities**
- Managing HR admin systems and developing associated reports.
- Liaising with external HR advice as appropriate
- Dealing with internal HR queries from managers
- Co-ordinating, reviewing and updating of the organisational policy schedule.
- Supporting the day-to-day administration
- Providing high level administration support in a fast-moving environment
- Working within a HR, Business Support or similar client-based department
- Working in a busy office environment within Public sectors (desirable)
- Leading small workshops and training sessions

**Qualifications Required**
- Maths and English to at least GCSE Grade 5
- IT Skills to at least GCSE Grade 5 or equivalent
- Degree Level education (desirable)
- Professional HR qualification, e.g. (CIPD Level 3 above or similar, desirable)
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Willingness to undertake additional training, as necessary
