The Clinic Receptionist is a key member of our Stratum Oxford Dermatology Clinic Team. They are responsible for supporting the overall administrative/reception function within clinic, so that patients are seen safely and swiftly. Playing a crucial part in the day to day running of the clinic, the Receptionist role is key in delivering an efficient and professional first-class patient experience, alongside their clinical colleagues.

The role will involve but is not limited to:
Booking and cancellations of all consultations and procedures

Taking payments, billing and invoices for PMI

Daily administration and Clinic Paperwork Prep

All referrals (electronic or postal). Understanding of internal referral process.

While the clinic is mainly medical we do have a substantial number of Aesthetic clients who come for Laser treatments, Rejuvenation and treatments for general skin issues.
