**Compliance Manager - Tunbridge Wells, £130K-£150K DOE**
**Overview**:
A market leader in the Kent investment management space. Working with the latest technology in one of the most dynamic working environments on the market. My client are seeking a Compliance Manager to join their office in Tunbridge Wells. This is an importantrole within the business with a particular focus on ensuring the company complies with regulatory requirements by all of the authorities and acts.
**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Perform the SMF16 role for the company
- Assist with operational effectiveness of the company's systems that are designed to achieve CASS compliance
- Working with the CASS manager to ensure all controls are in place to meet regulatory compliance
- With responsibility for SMF17 and the companies MLRO, you will be overseeing the companies AML activities and policies
- Provide support and guidance to the board, managers and staff regarding compliance framework
- Lead, manage and develop the compliance department by coaching and training to ensure performance standards
- Complete risk assessments on counterparty banks and perform due diligence
- Provide MI reports for the Directors on Risk & Compliance
**Essential**:

- Educated to graduate or equivalent level
- Must have proven experience in Managerial or Senior Risk/Compliance role
- Comprehensive understanding of FCA and other regulations
- Strong IT skills
- Meticulous and detail orientated
