**Job description**:
**Tasks**:

- Support monthly payroll (with support from HR and Finance staff) and keep organised records thereof.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Process and reconcile bank transactions
- Process tax and supplier payments
- Support Management Accountant with month end procedures
- Process and reconcile staff expenses on a monthly basis
- Provide other administrative /ad hoc support to the Head of Finance and Management Accountant
- Participate in annual audits

**Team Relationships**:

- Direct report to Finance Manger UK
- Indirect report to Management Accountant UK
- First point of contact for internal staff queries on payroll (supported by HR and Finance

Manager)

**Profile**:
**Experience**:

- Experience processing payroll essential.
- Bookkeeping / financial processing experience desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Xero payroll highly desirable
- Experience of working within finance team preferable.

**Knowledge**:

- Good knowledge of UK payroll environment highly desirable
- Basic understanding of UK VAT desirable

- Not afraid to ask for help / highlight issues when the need arises.
