**ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT TO CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER**

**FOR LUXURY PRIVATE TRAVEL COMPANY**

We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to our Chief Financial Officer. We are a successful, growing Private Travel Company with this role expected to expand as the company continues to grow.

Job location: Cobham, Surrey & homebased

Head office: Cobham, Surrey

Self Employed Role

You will be supporting the CFO with main tasks including bookkeeping, organisation and administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting CFO with all accounting duties
- Reconciling bank accounts and Credit cards
- Recording of Purchases, invoices and expenses
- Checking charges, raising queries where applicable
- Monitoring and reporting when - Sales and Purchases payments are due
- Keeping track of commissions due, following up when not received
- Quickbooks experience - multi-currency desirable
- Genuine Team Player
- 3+ years strong accounts/bookkeeping experience is desirable
- Previous experience within the travel industry a plus but not essential
- Good technical skills to navigate the various IT systems and products
- Pro-active and hands on approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Part time - initially 6-12 hours per week, 1 day based in head office

**Salary**: negotiable depending on experience

Flexible schedule

**Salary**: From £18.00 per hour
