**Job Description**:
**Job Title: Site Administrator**

**Location: Haydock, WA11 9SE**

**Salary: £11.35 p/h**

**Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00, 37.5 hours paid per hour**

**Start date: ASAP**

**Contract Type: Fixed 12 months, 3 months via Pertemps after which 9 months on a permanent contract after which they will review the contract and decide if they wish to extend after the 12 month period**

**Sector: Logistics/Supply Chain**

The main function of this role is to provide administration support to Transport and Warehouse work streams. Site Administrator's duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the administrative aspects of the vehicle and trailer fleets
2. To ensure all reports are done daily & kept up to date for Transport and Warehouse
3. General administration duties
4. Liaising with suppliers both procurement and service, with the addition of negotiating costs
5. Reception duties including calls and outgoing/internal post
6. Ordering all stationary items for transport and warehouse
7. Ordering and control uniform requests for transport and warehouse
8. Creating purchase orders for all site activity through Oracle
9. Organising catering for internal/external customers
10. Building and maintaining a good working relationship with agencies, liaising daily
11. Management and booking of all couriers relating to the requests for same day within the business on behalf of the Clients and Customers
12. Liaising with finance and assisting with invoicing queries
13. Ensuring all POs are created in a timely manner Quarterly/Monthly/Ad hock
14. Inputting and maintaining employee's hours, including holiday/sickness through Kronor system
15. Reporting all faults through FM management, liaising and reporting to relevant teams
16. Maintaining Admin mailbox for requests.
In addition to your normal duties, you may be required to undertake other duties in line with the needs of the business and flexibility should be recognised as a prerequisite of the role.
Qualifications / Experience required for the job (Ideal)
1. Excellent analytic, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a highly confidential environment and confidently act with discretion
2. High level of computer literacy with word processing, presentations and spread sheets
3. Sound understanding of all the company's processes, policies, and procedures
4. Must be flexible and versatile and able to work in high-pressure environments
5. Self-motivated and ability to operate autonomously when required
6. Ability to confidently communicate to all levels within the organisation
7. High level of attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
8. Excellent information gathering and information monitoring skills
