We are looking for a Fryer for a new fish and chip shop in Jersey Farm, St Albans. We have availability for part time (21 hours/week) or full time (42 hours/week) positions.

Your role will include:

- frying fish and chips
- oil management
- following health and safety procedures

While previous experience is useful, it is not required, as we expect to grow with our team and will provide necessary support. You will receive two days of paid training on 28th and 29th February, and will complete a Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 certificate before your first shift. We will also sponsor you through a frying course with the National Federation of Fish Fryers, an industry gold standard qualification.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
