**Our opportunity**:
Due to successful growth, we are looking to recruit a dedicated resource for our company administrative tasks. This is a vital role to ensure we continue to meet the high standards our company provides and excel in our customer service delivery.
This role has dedicated administrative tasks to undertake on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and will also be complimented with wider business tasks to support high demand as and when required.
Reporting to the Office Manager you will work together to achieve the objectives of the business, and will be issued with realistic monthly admin task targets to achieve.
**The skills you need**:
- Previous administration experience is essential, minimum of 2 years' experience required
- The ability to work successfully in a friendly and busy office environment
- Super organisation skills, great at multi-tasking and working to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident at answering the telephone and talking to customers
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- The skills to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Be able to show initiative, be a self-starter, eager to learn and able to work as a team
- Computer literate with ability to use word and excel
- Attention to detail for quality assurance checking and report production
**Job Type**:
5 days per week, working hours are Mon - Fri 08:30 - 16:30.
We are open to looking at a 30 hour week if required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
