**Role Overview**
We are currently recruiting for a ER Advisor to join our passionate and driven team based in Ipswich.
To support managers with low and medium risk Employee Relations Cases
- providing end to end advice.
To support the manager and Advisory Team with ER Administration such as letter writing, mail merges and redundancy calculations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Functional
- To own a caseload of low-risk ER cases, providing managers advice and guidance and pushing for case conclusion in a timely manner
- To actively manage and escalate ‘aged cases’.
- To provide managers with the necessary templates and manager guides
- To coach managers through the management of ER cases
- To support managers with OH referrals ensuring the necessary questions are asked and advice sought.
- To support managers drafting letter (i.e., invitations and outcomes)
- Supporting the ER Partners, Strategic HR Business Partners, HR & Training Managers with MI- pulling reports, compiling graphs and showing trends
- To ensure the case management system is up to date and accurate at all times.
- To answer the telephone and support managers with ‘here and now’ advice when required
- To support the team with post and correspondence
- To act as cover for colleagues in other business areas as and when required

- Support and promote the UK & Ireland group’s sustainability plans and policies, including the Carbon Management Plan, and carry out duties in a resource effective way, recognizing the shared responsibility of minimizing negative environmental impacts wherever possible.

Necessary
- L3 CIPD or working towards
- Experience working in HR Administration or similar ER role
- Customer service experience
- Working with multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines
Desirable
- L5 CIPD or working towards
- Experience of working within a shared service HR delivery
- Experience utilising a Case Management Tool
