**What we will offer you as a Community Care Assistant**:

- SHIFT PAY of £11.00 per hour Monday - Friday and £11.50 per hour weekends. If you sign up to our Weekender Incentive you will earn an enhanced rate of £13.50 per hour. This includes working every other weekend split shifts Saturday and Sunday.

**Community Care Assistant role**:

- To provide care and support to clients living in their own homes, within Newton Abbot and surrounding areas.
- Previous experience in a supporting or care role desired but not necessary as full training will be given
- Have genuine empathy and compassion
- Be able to provide excellent care and support
- Have Positive interaction skills
- Be self-motivated & well organised
- Be Flexible to respond to the changing needs of those who we support and the company requirements.
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a core staff team
- Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is preferred, not essential
- 2 Years experience is desired but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£24.00 per hour
