Overview:
No experience needed. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to our patients. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer medication according to care plans
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients' needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
