Cpn - Perinatal Team

Hunter Mental Health have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 community psychiatric nurse to join a Perinatal team based in Camden. This role will be providing New Patient Assessments, carrying out home visits and reviews on the acute maternity wards. Thisis a large mental health trust who pride themselves on the safe and excellent mental, physical and social care that they provide to patients across all ages, improving their health and wellbeing.

The working hours are Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:00).
