**About the Role**

We are now looking for a talented part-time Finance Assistant to help us achieve our mission.

Main duties of the role include:

- Supplier Ledger Control (inputting invoices, arranging payments, and dealing with supplier queries)
- Bank inputting & reconciliations
- Nominal Ledger control
- Collating and recording of payroll hours to submit to our payroll agency
- Provide support for month-end and year-end functions

**Essential Skills Required**:

- Good computer skills with a sound knowledge of all Microsoft packages and experience of working with Sage 50
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with experience of analytical work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12,480.00 per year
