Kenton Black Finance have partnered with an award winning Not-for-Profit services provider in Blackpool, in their search for an experienced Finance Business Partner, due to an internal promotion. This is a unique and ideal opportunity to step into a people facing role where you will provide financial support and analysis, challenge existing processes and be heavily involved in driving continuous improvements.

**Your New Role as Finance Business Partner**:
Reporting to the Head of Finance and working in a friendly team of 8 finance staff, specific responsibilities will include:

- Regular liaison with budget holders/HOD’s to provide meaningful financial insight and data, to help informed decision making
- Communicating with external stakeholders including suppliers and customers
- Being a primary point of contact to respond to any queries relating to financial activities
- Cost review, planning and forecasting to support budget monitoring
- Involvement with management accounts preparation and month end activities as required
- Assisting in internal and external audits
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis for Board
- Identifying and implementing process improvements within the finance function
