Another exciting opportunity has arisen for a further **Area Care Supervisor **to join our growing team at our **Newport, Shropshire office**. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our company; you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients in their own homes. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of care professionals, monitoring service quality, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Conduct regular home visits to assess client needs and quality assurance checks.
- Conduct client and care professional introductions.
- Create care plans and coordinate services to meet individual client requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate our care professional’s performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, families, and clients to ensure effective care coordination.
- Ensure that all services provided align with company policies and industry standards.
- Address and resolve client and care professional concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
- This role will involve an element of on call duties.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.

**Qualifications** Criteria**
- Experience of delivering and managing care support services in a similar setting.
- Hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience of delivering and managing care support services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Compassion and empathy for our clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The role requires you to have access to your own vehicle and hold a valid driving licence.
