- Experience of working with vulnerable children or adults
- Experience of supporting Working with students with ASC, MLD, PMLD. SLD (desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of supporting children with behaviours that challenge
- A Full UK Driving License
- Be able to show reliance in challenging situations
- Relevant qualifications (Level 3 Residential Childcare desirable)
- An enthusiastic and flexible approach to working
