**Description**:
The Structadene Group is a highly established, friendly and successful private London based property investment and development company, we own and manage a substantial commercial and residential portfolio - just under 1,000 properties (circa 5000 tenants) - with a focus in central London and selected regions throughout the UK.

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, confident and driven Office Assistant to join our busy offices. It is a great opportunity to join as a first-time office role if you are from college, or a recent graduate. Previous office administration or customer service experience would be a bonus for this role.

**Day to Day duties will include**:This list is not exhaustive.
- General office administration i.e. covering and supporting the main reception area, answering telephones, dealing with queries, managing visitors, maintaining the post and handling deliveries etc.
- Document control including filing, printing and scanning.
- Ordering supplies and stationary.
- Provide assistance with any website content i.e. uploading information.
- Ensure the overall office remains presentable i.e. boardroom, meetings rooms etc.
- Replenish stationary and supplies as required.
- Helping to schedule meeting rooms including, from time to time, providing teas, coffees etc to Directors and visitors.
- Providing support to various departments across the business.

**About You**:

- A confident communicator.
- Attention to detail with good computer skills (Outlook; Word and Excel).
- Possess good written and verbal skills.
- Smart and presentable.
- Flexible and happy to assist with ad-hoc duties, able to roll up sleeves around the office when help is needed.
- A friendly team player with a cheerful disposition.

This is an office-based position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5:30pm
