We’re searching for a People, Culture and Payroll Administrator in either Bristol or London to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.
In this role, it will be your responsibility to accurately and effectively deliver the administration of People matters and payroll. You will be responsible for respecting confidentiality in everything you do, as well as building a rapport and strong relationships with your internal customers to support them to achieve their business goals
**A role less ordinary.**
Working with your fellow People, Culture and Payroll Administrators you will be accountable for;
- Management of HR software and data entry, ensuring data is correct and secure
- Processing invoices for HR systems and contracts
- Management of data uploads for other People systems (benefits portal, employee engagement system)
- Management of People & Culture administration in relation to the complete colleague life cycle, from new starters to job role changes, maternity, references and security screening, absences etc. to leavers
- Management of 12 separate payrolls (total of approx. 500 employees currently)
- Management of annual P60 and P11d process, as well as reporting on sickness and overtime costs
**Who you are.**
- Payroll administration experience
- For this role you must be **fluent in the German language (written and spoken)**:
- General HR Administration is desirable but not necessary
- HR administration, payroll and Customer Service Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as excellent numeracy skills
- A strong sense of confidentiality and strong knowledge in payroll
- Good level of excel, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to pick up new systems and software quickly
