**How you can make your mark**:
Make your mark as a Sharepoint Coordinator for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. In this role you contribute to the development of Boskalis Subsea Services SharePoint online environment and provide day-to-day maintenance and user support for SharePoint-based systems.

**You responsibilities as a Sharepoint Coordinator are**:

- Liaising with individual users and departments, on an ongoing basis, to identify new areas where SharePoint can be leveraged.
- Regular review of content and structure to ensure business relevance and consistency of branding.
- Provision of support and services for users, including but not limited to:

- Guidance to departments within the busines on the structure of their sites
- Encouraging user adoption and contributing to the development of a business wide understanding of the potential of SharePoint
- Identifying and designing training materials and making resources available to users
- Organising and delivering demonstration and training sessions
- Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, PowerApps and Power BI).
- Communicate & Collaborate with wider Office 365 team

**Your qualities**:
You have experience in change management: designing and delivering communication plans, designing content governance frameworks, reviewing and approval of significant content changes. You have superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills. Other than that:

- Experience with SharePoint Online at Site Owner level, site design and build
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Experience of designing content templates and setting content standards to ensure content is managed consistently for SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Design thinking approach.
