**Our fantastic supported living team are looking for a caring, creative and enthusiastic individuals to join them as** a male Learning Disability **Support Workers** on a permanent basis. We are looking to recruit full
- time positions or bank workers.
The Role
Enable Support Services are a busy housing support and care at home service, as a male Learning Disability **Support Worker** no two days are ever the same; you'll be part of a friendly, robust team which supports an individual male with Learning Disability and Autism. Your main aim will be supporting the individual with their day to day needs which include shopping, finances, cooking, appointments, laundry and housework. You must be have a clean driving license and be over 25 to drive the gentleman's own car on his insurance.
We're looking for you to be enthusiastic and creative about participating in and supporting him with his hobbies and interests which can include a whole array of different activities. You will be required to have experience in supporting clients with learning disability, autism and challenging behaviours.
You will receive excellent training, opportunities for development and have a helpful team behind you to support you every step of the way.

We'll pay you for your full induction and training and give you all the practical skills you'll need.

**Shift Patterns**
As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of the individual, shift patterns include 24-48 hour shifts, sleep-ins and public holidays. However, we will ensure that your rota is balanced. We are looking for people to join the team who can work 1-2 shifts per week.
Our sleep-ins are not included in your contracted hours, so you’ll receive an additional sleepover payment of **£65 **per night for each sleep-in worked.
