This is a hybrid position working out of our office in Croydon and will also involve travel to our development schemes.

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- Understanding and/or knowledge of Service Charges including relevant legislation, and Service Charge Team processes
- Understanding and/or knowledge of, relevant legislation, Notice of Seeking Possession and Customer Accounts Processes
- Excellent facilitation, training and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Southern Service, our HEART values and standards
- Strong understanding of our systems and processes
- Already have or be willing to work towards an ILM level 5 coaching qualification.
