**Hours: 37 hours per week**

**Term: Fixed term for one year**

**Job Purpose**

1. Assist in the development, delivery and co-ordination of the company internal and external communications, encompassing both online and offline channels.

2. Drive engagement and increase the regional awareness, visibility and access to PCP across the North East.

3. Support the development of positive and robust feedback that enhances consultation and engagement.

4. Support business development, including supporting set up of new services and projects within the organisation.

5. Support PR, marketing and communication activity as required, for PCP and its projects and services, ensuring it’s inline with the marketing and engagement strategy and incorporates the widest possible range of communication channels and stakeholders.

1. Writing, proofing and distributing creative copy for various online and offline platforms, including website, PR and newsletters and campaigns that enhance a positive and constructive image of PCP and its projects and services.

2. Support the development and implementation of effective PR and communication to raise awareness of PCP and its projects and services.

3. Where required, undertake and support videography projects to support PCP and its projects and services, including planning, filming, editing on Adobe Suite (or similar software) and upload final content on all platforms.

4. Support the communication of activities, using the most effective and creative methods to reach specific target audiences.

5. Support a rebrand of a Workplace Health website, whilst supporting the development of PCP’s website to improve PCP’s online presence as a regional award-winning charity.

6. To contribute to the planning and execution of events that PCP and its projects and services hold throughout the year.

7. Co-ordinating with project teams, commissioners, and partners to produce design work on Canva (or similar), including logos, marketing materials and branding.

8. Communicate and build relationships with journalists, clients and other stakeholders to create promotional opportunities.

9. Assist with marketing and engagement work, using creative techniques to gather views from the communities supported by PCP.

10. Support the development of interactive discussions via Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube and other relevant media to effectively and professionally engage with communities across the North East.

11. Ensure the consistent and effective use of the PCP brand identity as an ambassador.

12. Assist with increasing digital analytics for social media and website, whilst actively recording accurate data to support reports and insight.

13. To support the development of effective research methods for gathering specific intelligence and sharing results to highlight the impact of a PCP service on service users.

14. Assist in the completion of tasks within the agreed deadlines.

15. To undertake report writing as appropriate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £21,310.00 per year
