- Craft & Execute**:Develop and implement cutting-edge demand generation strategies that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

**- Automation Guru**: Utilise marketing automation tools and AI-driven insights to nurture leads, turning prospects into opportunities for the sales team.
**- Data-Driven Dynamo**: Analyse marketing performance metrics, refining strategies to boost the quality and quantity of leads.
**- Collaborative Conductor**: Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and optimise conversion rates.
**- Trendsetter**: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and spark fresh demand generation ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, focusing on demand and lead generation.
- Sharp analytical skills with a proven track record in marketing analytics.
- Experience with AI tools for lead generation and marketing automation.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative spirit.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
- Strong project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
