Do you enjoy promoting the customer gene? We have an opportunity available for an experienced practitioner and/or supervisor to join our committed and talented customer services team. We are building our team to deliver a brilliant customer experience at first point of contact.

There is no Plan B. There is no Planet B either. Now in the third and final phase of our nine-year Plan A, our strategy for 2022-25 and beyond requires ourselves, our suppliers, partners, and customers to raise our game with a primary focus on supporting sustainable places. To achieve this our new build and acquisition programme, regeneration work and home improvement programme will all be focused on improving lives through sustainable homes and places.
**About the role**
We are growing our team to continue to provide a brilliant customer experience by providing seamless, reliable and convenient customer service.
As the Senior Customer Services Adviser, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of our Customer Services Advisers. This is an exciting opportunity for you to demonstrate your commitment to facilitating the provision of a high-quality service, whilst playing a key role in helping us to deliver and achieve our business ambitions to improve lives through sustainable homes and places.
You will become an ambassador of our online customer portal and offer solutions to facilitate our migration to online self-service. Using customer insight and your own ideas, you will ensure our customers are supplied with information in an efficient and effective manner.
We are looking for a flexible, resilient, and experienced team player who will contribute ideas, suggestions, or recommendations to challenge existing working practices and service standards, leading to continuous improvements in our Service Centre performance.
**About you**
As a confident and enthusiastic supervisor, you will be experienced in handling customer complaints, analysing information, and reporting on trends and emergent issues. You will be skilled in dealing confidently and professionally with customers and team members in a demanding and busy environment.
You will possess a broad knowledge of customer services principles and practices, together with the techniques required to ensure the smooth operation of a successful customer contact centre.
