Key duties:

- Manage the internal diary for the CEO
- Organise meetings and venues
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Organise hospitality and catering
- Travel
- Gatekeeping
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Communicating with board members
- Ad hoc Admin support
- Scheduling
- Expenses
- Operations
- Assisting other PA's when needed
