**Position: Full-Time Receptionist / Financial Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:As a Full-Time Receptionist / Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative and financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:
**Diary Management**: Organise and manage the diaries of our skilled tradesmen to optimise their schedules and maximise productivity.

**Financial Administration**:
Process Receipts and Invoices: Accurately process receipts and invoices, ensuring that financial transactions are recorded efficiently and effectively.

Invoice Generation: Prepare invoices for clients and ensure accuracy in billing information.

Bank Payment Reconciliation: Check and reconcile bank payments to ensure accurate financial records.

**Client Communication**:
On-Site Support: Provide on-site support to other staff members and clients when necessary, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

**Administrative Support**:
Maintain Records: Maintain organised records of financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
Data Entry: Accurately input data into relevant systems and databases.
Document Handling: Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in generating invoices, processing receipts, and checking bank payments is essential.
- **Professionalism**: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and tasks.
- **Organisational Skills**: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and accurate information to clients and colleagues.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite) and basic accounting software.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise in day-to-day tasks.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and administrative tasks.
