What do we need?

We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our St Albans or Cheltenham teams. This could be a hybrid role for the right person. This is a pivotal role, leading our Google Ads team, so you’ll need several years of experience.

We’re growing our Google Ads department and are looking for a talented individual to show us the way - you’ll be innovative, keen to experiment and wanting to get your hands dirty.

Working across a range of client accounts, no two days will be the same and you’ll get to test your skills to the max in a variety of industries and budgets. You’ll lead the work of the Google Ads execs and get to share your skills - training and developing them to support you.

We make decisions based on data, so you’ll be happy digging deep into our client’s campaigns to assess success and be happy to share your idea on how we can constantly improve results for our clients.

We would prefer someone with agency experience, but we’re pretty open-minded so if your background is in an in-house role, you’re passionate and you fit the criteria, we’d love to hear from you.

**You’ll have**:

- Several years of Google Ads experience
- An in-depth knowledge of Google Ads best practices

- A growth mindset - you’ll be aware of your strengths and weaknesses and willing to work on them
