What’s The Job?

We’re looking for a Junior Paid Media Marketer to join our St Albans, Cheltenham or London teams.

We’re growing our Google Ads / Paid Media department and are looking for a talented individual to join the team and get their hands dirty with Google Ads and / or Paid Social Media - you’ll be passionate to learn, keen to experiment and strive for excellence. If you’re looking for the chance to learn and hone your skills in Paid Media within a supportive environment, this is your opportunity.

Working across a range of client accounts, no two days will be the same and you’ll get to test your skills to the max in a variety of industries. You’ll work alongside the rest of the team, learning the tips and tactics that make our clients’ campaigns a success.

What do we need?

We’re looking for an analytical and numerical first or second jobber, looking to get their teeth into Paid Media. We’d like to see a strong passion to learn, and in exchange we’ll give you all the training that you need to succeed. The learning will be fast-paced, but in a supportive environment, where you’ll get to test out your skills on a day-to-day basis.

You’ll be:

- Analytical and data orientated
- A team player
- Eager to learn and passionate about becoming an expert in Google Ads / Paid Media
- Someone who embraces success and failure equally - there’s no room for egos

You’ll have:

- Ideally, you’d have previous experience working in a digital marketing role (even better if you have previous Google Ads / Paid Media knowledge)
- A desire to see our clients succeed
- A growth mindset - you’ll be aware of your strengths and weaknesses and willing to work on them
- A strong attention to detail
