**Admin / Business Support**

An opportunity has arisen to work as an Office Admin / Business Support Assistant, for a thriving electrical contractor based in the Midlands. My client works across commerical, industrial and retail sectors and are growing at a steady pace, looking to add to the team. I require a proactive individual on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and administration skills.

Key responsibilities:

- Document production and formatting
- Uploading and downloading documents via a range of systems / document management portals
- Printing, binding, copying, scanning, folding, filing, and shredding
- Open / distribute incoming / outgoing post
- Providing administration support with projects
- Periodically review the data held in Project Management System, creating job numbers, updating where required
- Collate and respond to supplier questionnaires / insurance requests requested by clients
- Organising client meetings and team meetings including team social events
- Travel arrangements; booking hotels, train tickets, flights, car hire
- Arrange car parking as and when required
- Booking company cars in for MOT, Service repairs etc
- Booking hotel stays
- General assistance to the Directors of the business
- Record sickness, changes to holiday requests on the HR system

Experience in a similar role and skills across Microsoft packages is essential.
