Youth Homelessness Support Worker

**About the role and the team**
As Youth Homelessness Support Worker, you will manage a caseload of clients, addressing their physical, emotional, social and behavioural needs; supporting them to progress towards independence.
You will collaborate with different private and government agencies to gain the best possible outcomes for the young people. In addition, you will be the point for contact for the young people, signposting where appropriate.
Please note that this job opportunity is offered as a full-time (37.5 hours a week), permanent role. **Kindly see attached job description for more information about this great job opportunity.**
**About you**:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- A commitment to the ethos and values of Depaul including the organisation’s policies and procedures
- Able to work on own initiative but at same time able to exercise sound judgement in knowing when to consult with peers and clients to meet the service KPI’s
- A clear understanding and ability to implement risk management, information sharing and data security arrangements.
