Telesales Consultant
**Job Description**:
Our Client based in Wolverhampton West Midlands who are a rapidly growing multi award winning business provide voice, data, mobile and cloud based solutions to business across the UK are looking for Telesales advisors either on a full time or part time permanentbasis. You will be situated within the new business telesales team where the focus is to create meeting opportunities with potential clients by cold calling and relationship building.
Salary & Benefits
- £20k-24k Basic per annum OTE 25-30K (Realistic Earning Potential)
- Full time - Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
- Flexible working
- Work from home 2-3 days a week
- Free parking,

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold Calling businesses - booking appointments for the field sales team to attend.
- Carrying out a full fact find by using probing and open questions
- Working as part of a team and to work alone, unsupervised.
- Building a strong pipeline of leads developing relationships with decision makers.
- You will have your own designated geographical area
- Working closely with the Internal sales manager and field sales team
- Providing a first class service to clients
- Attend regular telesales meetings providing input and feedback
- Liaise with telesales members and be a "buddy"
Skills and Requirements
- Driven to succeed
- Passion for hitting sales targets
- Tenacious and resilient with a can do attitude
- Experience within technical products (ideally not essential)
- A good understanding of telecommunications
- Professional attitude with a high attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft office and excel skills.
